What I Do

A lot of “advances” have been made in weight training and equipment over the years, but none have come up with anything as effective for a total body workout as pressing iron.  Good old-fashioned barbells and weights.   With a focus on strength training using old school equipment and exercises, we put the Tradition back in Fitness, while personalizing programs for the specific results you want.

With over a quarter century of experience in weight training and exercise, having been active in everything from American football to yoga, I have always used this old school style of weight training to enhance everything I do.  Now it’s time to put my experience to work for you.
